These terms describe your use of Birthday Grove, a service for tracking birthdays and creating calendar entries. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to policy@aashishtiwari.com.np.

Your account and information

You may use the app as a guest or sign in with Google for persistence. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your Google account, and having permission or another appropriate basis to enter other people’s personal information. Use only your own account, and do not attempt to access or change another person’s saved records.

Calendar features

Birthday Grove converts dates within the supported calendar ranges. Some dates do not occur every year. Calendar conversion, device time zones, imported reminders and Google’s settings can affect results. Review dates and reminders before relying on them.

Google Calendar syncing is optional and requires separate permission. Preview and confirm changes before they are applied. Changes may be processed in batches, and a failed sync may have applied some changes already. Review the result before retrying. Calendar downloads and manually imported events are managed separately and may create duplicates depending on your calendar app.

Guest storage, availability and backups

Guest lists may be lost when a browser session ends. The service is provided as available; uninterrupted access, error-free operation and permanent storage are not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important birthday information. We may update or discontinue features, and third-party services may change their availability or requirements.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, upload malicious content, attempt to bypass account protections or request limits, or interfere with other users or the service. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security incidents.

Privacy and ending use

The privacy policy explains how information is handled. You can stop using the service, delete individual records, disconnect Google Calendar, or request account deletion by emailing policy@aashishtiwari.com.np. Signing out, disconnecting, and revoking Google access have different effects; none automatically removes all existing calendar events or downloaded files.

Changes and your rights

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The latest version and update date will be published on this page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
